One capability, offered three ways. Most clients begin with a single pressure-test. The relationship grows from there, by agreement.

Model 1

Model 1. Pressure-test and senior-grade outputs

A deliverable under pressure-test review before it reaches the room.
Pressure-test

A scoped engagement run against one deliverable and the audience it has to face. We test the work from the audience's seat and return a structured report your team can interrogate and trace to its basis: section-by-section findings, priority-ranked risk ratings that separate the critical exposures from the moderate ones, the reason each one matters and what the audience expects instead, and confirmation of where the work will hold. Where you want it, we also return a senior-grade first draft, built against that room, for your team to adopt and own. The audience read is the same whether or not we draft: the preview does not bend to the drafting. Fixed in scope, confidential by default, scoped and turned around quickly in proportion to the deliverable. How it begins. A short conversation about the deliverable in front of you.

Model 2

Model 2. Embedded simulation capability

The room does not change between deliverables, so the instinct to read it should live in your team. We coach your senior people and build tailored workflows into the tools they already use, so every deliverable gets sharper, not only the one you send us. Suited to teams whose deliverable cadence makes one-off engagement inefficient. How it begins. Usually after a first pressure-test, though it can be scoped on its own.

Model 3

Model 3. Alliance, partnership and joint delivery

For advisory and professional-services firms that want to combine our method with their own delivery. We deliver defined scope under your brand and your control, so you serve your own clients with a depth and speed you cannot reach alone. We stay behind your team. The structural boundary is sharpest here and does not move: we never hold the end-client relationship. How it begins. A conversation about where your clients face the rooms we test against.

The boundary

In every model, you review and own every output, and we never hold the relationship with your client. Scope is fixed and priced against the value of the decision before any work begins.
