Most review tests a deliverable against the people who built it. We test it against the people who will judge it.
The blind spot
Finance, legal, operations and delivery all feed a critical deliverable. They share a view of the decision, and they refine it until everyone inside is confident. The room that decides did not sit through that build. A board, an investment committee, a regulator, the market: each reads the work cold, and tests the assumptions the team stopped seeing. The distance between how the work reads inside and how it reads in the room is where critical deliverables fail.
What we model
We build a realistic picture of the room: who is in it, what they care about, what they will press on, and what they expect to see that is not there. We read the deliverable from their seat, section by section. What you receive is an honest preview of how the work will land before it reaches the room, set out as a structured report you can interrogate: section-by-section findings, priority-ranked risk ratings that separate the critical exposures from the moderate ones, and confirmation of where the work holds.
Test it, or build it
The same capability works two ways. We can pressure-test a deliverable your team has written and report what the room will do with it. Or we can produce a senior-grade first draft, built against that room from the start, for your team to review, adopt and own. The audience read you receive is the same whether or not we draft, which is the line that keeps the preview honest. The most expensive input on any critical document is the time of your senior people. We return those hours, and the work goes into the room already built against the questions it will face. Either way the preview is the same: the work is read from the room's seat, you own the result, and you can test it independently of us.
Where the line sits
We do not submit your work, and we do not stand between you and your client. We surface what the audience will do with the deliverable. We do not manage the relationships or the politics that sit outside it. We guarantee the rigour of the method and the discipline of the scope. We do not guarantee the decision. The room is yours.
Method, not machinery
Advanced tools sit inside our method, never in front of it. Every engagement is run by the founders, and every output passes through their hands. We apply the tools your people already use with a discipline most teams have not had the time to build.
